What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company, country and time zone, industry, current system, approximate project size and the message you write. If you reached us through an advertising link, we also keep the campaign details that link carried.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you ask for one, send a proposal. We do not use your enquiry to send marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.
Measurement and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure enquiries. Where we send contact details to Meta, we send a hashed version.
Who receives your information
Our hosting provider, our database provider, our email provider (to send your acknowledgement), and our internal team notification channel. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to respond, to manage any engagement that follows, and to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to hello@korviasoft.com.
