Korvia International
From Business Problems to Working Systems.
Operations consulting, ERP integration and custom business applications for manufacturers, contractors and equipment businesses.
Sound familiar?
- Costs you cannot trust, rebuilt from spreadsheets every month.
- The same data typed into two or three places.
- Project profit you only see after the job is finished.
- Accounting in one tool, operations in another, and a person in between.
Industries
Built for three kinds of operation
We work where costs, projects and equipment have to line up with the money.
Manufacturing
Production planning, recipes and bills of materials, batch costing, stock counts, purchasing and dispatch.
Read the caseConstruction
Each project as its own profit centre: budget, owner-supplied versus contractor-supplied material, subcontract labour, change orders, progress billing and cash flow.
Read the caseEquipment and fleet
Units, operators, equipment and crew timesheets, overtime, hour-meter billing rules, tyre tracking and bank reconciliation.

Start small, then scale what works
Four stages. Most clients start with a paid diagnostic and decide the next step from its findings.
Paid diagnostic
A process audit: current and future-state maps, a prioritised backlog and written recommendations.
No unlimited engineering.
ERP blueprint
Functional requirements, system architecture and a scoped implementation plan.
Signed scope and acceptance criteria.
Implementation
Configuration, integration or a custom application, delivered in milestones.
Quoted per milestone, depending on complexity.
Managed service
Operational reporting, backlog delivery and support within agreed hours.
Monthly hour caps and change requests.
Real project proof
Working systems, with their limits stated
Each case describes what was built, the architecture, and what is still in progress. Outcomes appear only once they are measured.
Food manufacturing: production, costing and stock on one system
A production ERP for a food factory, from planning through dispatch and bank close, with accounting on a double-entry core.
Read the case studyOdoo integration for a multi-company group
A production integration between a custom operations system and Odoo. Invoices and payments post to Odoo, and the data reconciles every night.
Read the case studyContractor project profitability: each project as its own profit centre
A contractor operating system that keeps cost control ahead of cash: budgets, commitments, subcontracts, change orders, billing and cash flow, per project.
Read the case studyHeavy-equipment operations: units, timesheets and hour-meter logic
A field operations system for an equipment rental business: units, operators, timesheets, overtime, tyre tracking and bank reconciliation, with billing rules built per contract.

04
Deploy and train
Go live with the people who will use the system.
05
Improve
An optional monthly review and backlog under a service plan.
Project
A fixed scope with milestones: a diagnostic, a blueprint or an implementation.
Service plan
A 12-month plan with monthly hours and a review. You can start with a 90-day pilot.
Founder
Built by an operator, not a generic consultant
The founder runs a food manufacturing business with more than 100 employees. The production, factory-cost and machinery decisions that our clients face are made there every week. The founder has also worked in construction and heavy-equipment operations, so project budgets and fleet hours are familiar ground.
For the last few years the founder has designed ERP workflows and business web apps, used internally and by paying clients, and has built an Odoo integration that runs in production.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
- What is an operations diagnostic?
- A one-to-two week review of how your work runs today: current-state maps, the problems that cost you most, and a prioritised backlog with written recommendations.
- Do you configure, integrate or build?
- Whichever is simplest and still reliable. We document why, so you can see the trade-off before you commit.
- Do you work with Odoo?
- Yes. We have an Odoo integration running in production. If Odoo fits your process we will say so, and if it does not, we will say that too.
- Is my data safe?
- We limit access to what each task needs, keep secrets out of code, sign an NDA on request and a data-processing agreement where needed. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
- Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
- Yes. Documentation is in English. We agree working hours and time-zone overlap at the start.
- Will you publish my case study?
- Only with your written permission, and anonymised unless you choose otherwise.
